The staff at Nannup District High School is made up more than 20 personnel. Our staff are committed to our vision and using this to drive decision making. We offer a work environment and culture that attracts and retains high quality staff. We provide opportunity for ongoing professional learning, mentoring and performance development which results in staff who are professional, innovative, passionate and committed.
The leadership team consists of the Principal and Deputy Principal and their role is to oversee the day-to-day running of the school and ensure the quality of teaching in the school, guaranteeing the educational and social-emotional needs of the students are being met. Promoting a model of distributed leadership and staff career development, our Curriculum Leaders (Literacy, Numeracy) and Phase of Learning (K-2, 3-6, 7-10) Leaders have enabled staff to become more involved in the development and implementation of our Business and Operational Plans.
The teaching and education support staff composition at Nannup District High School reflects a wide range of experience, skills and interests. Our staff collaborate to explore and implement evidence based (best) practice and emerging technologies in their classrooms. We strive for continuous school improvement and deliver rigorous academic programs across all learning areas.
We are also very fortunate to have a strong team of auxiliary staff members (office staff, cleaners and gardeners) who make a vital contribution to our school and the education of our students.
